The one size fits all solution is a ketogenic diet with 80% of calories coming from fats, 15% from protein and 5% from carbohydrates. Your body will drop water via glycogen depletion. You can also do it by messing with electrolytes but I can't recommend that to anyone as it can be dangerous.

80% fat loll you’d have to be consuming tons of shit like beef tallow, ghee, etc because literally every animal food contain a lot of protein
