Micro fracturing my arms and hands for some growth

Ik it’s probably cope but I plan on supplementing tf out of GH and peptides

I was thinking doing gloveless boxing for my fingers, and hitting my arms with a hammer (over) to create micro fractures.
Then I do reeves deadlifts and hanging exercises to “increase the gap”

Then run home and inject IGF DES (optional) into my arms.

It’s over
