How would I improve my face?

As you could see in the image above my left side of the face is more defined than the right side, how would I improve this to make both symmetrical?
Side note, I did a DEXA Scan and my body fat is 26% will loosing the fat help?

First lose the weight, over 23% and your bones are probably hidden.

I have no link lol but I think you'd do good with a buzz cut, training your neck and traps which will make your face look a bit better, whiten your teeth if you need also
