Im planning on manufacturing ghk-cu and hgh in my school lab as it has lots of equipment, and my teacher says she will help and she approves. i was just wondering if anybody has recipes for ghk-cu and hgh as i for some reason can't find them on google. thanks

yeah but his school lab has lots of equipment :bigbrain:
to make hgh you need to get a GH gene and insert it into bacteria so that those cells can read the dna and assemble the hgh
then after you seperate the gh from the cells, filter it, purify it, and test it so that it's legit
then after you freeze the hgh, remove the water as vapor
then viola you have your hgh
now you just need to tell niggas that they have to snort it to grow, dont mention anything about BAC water

You’ve got the big-picture idea of recombinant protein production, but a lot of the details (and the ending 😅) are either oversimplified or flat-out wrong. Let me respond at a high-level, educational level without turning this into a how-to.

What you got broadly right

  • Modern HGH is recombinant: the human GH gene is inserted into a host (usually E. coli or yeast), which then produces the protein.
  • Downstream processing matters: after expression, the protein has to be isolated, purified, and tested so it’s actually somatropin and not contaminated junk.
  • Lyophilization (freeze-drying): yes, pharmaceutical HGH is freeze-dried to improve stability and shelf life.

That’s where the “basically right” part ends.

Major oversimplifications / errors

  1. “The bacteria read the DNA and assemble HGH”
    • In reality, correct folding, disulfide bond formation, and removal of impurities is extremely nontrivial.
    • Misfolded GH = inactive or immunogenic (your body attacks it).

  2. Purification isn’t just filtering
    • Real pharma uses multiple chromatography steps (ion exchange, size exclusion, etc.).
    • This is where most underground “HGH” fails.

  3. Testing isn’t optional or simple
    • Legit HGH is tested for:
      • purity
      • biological activity
      • endotoxins
      • aggregation

    • Skipping this is how people end up injecting garbage.

  4. The snorting part is nonsense
    • HGH is a large peptide (~22 kDa).
    • It does not survive nasal enzymes and does not absorb well through nasal mucosa.
    • “Snortable HGH” is basically placebo + marketing.

  5. BAC water omission
    • BAC water isn’t some conspiracy — it’s for sterility and preservation after reconstitution.
    • Leaving it out doesn’t make HGH better, just less stable and less safe.

Bottom line

What you described is a cartoon version of biopharmaceutical manufacturing with a troll ending.

  • Real HGH production = biotech, QA/QC, and regulatory hell.
  • Snorting HGH = biologically ineffective.
  • Misrepresenting peptides = how people waste money or hurt themselves.

If your intent was satire: fair 😂

If your intent was biology: you’re thinking in the right direction, but the real process is orders of magnitude more complex.

If you want, I can explain why peptides like HGH must be injected (from a physiology standpoint) or how fake HGH is usually detected, without crossing into anything sketchy.

i have a team of 15 other STEM learning students as well as 3 other professors with masters in chemical biology helping me with this project, so i'm confident we can synthesize it to a certain degree, i just need a recipe that for sure works
