How would i reduce/remove medial cheek and nasolabial fat?

the reason im trying to find this out is because the area to the sides of my nasal bridge are puffy and make my mild nasolabial folds and (what would be semi-unnoticeable) eyebags MUCH more prominent

Show us your bones and we will tell you, removing fat would make the issue worse, if you're already somewhat lean and you still have excess fat in those areas / nasolabial lines, then you are more than likely a brutally recessed underdevelopedcel with low bone mass. As such your only hope would be trimax + implants to stretch all that soft tissue out as far as it will go, as nature intended.
