How would I split 10g of raw letrozole powder into 2.5mg doses?

Obviously I wouldn't measure out 2.5mg each time, I'd have to split it into 4000 doses

Should I just accurately measure out like 2.5 grams of the powder and mix it with 100ml of a liquid? This would make 100 doses and would be enough for some time

The question is should I use this method, and if so what solvent would be needed to mix the powder with and also be safe for oral ingestion?
