How would i start off reta and topical ghk

So im ordering reta and ghk soon. I alr checked purity and legitimacy for both and also tesa, topical ghk mogs and i just wanted to know how to make the serum. I also wanted to know how much i should start off reta and if i get my hands on tesa

I am not sure for the ghk or tesa. As for the reta, start with .5mg once per week for probably 2 weeks. Then on week 3 you can up the dose to 1mg, if you want you can pin it twice to not have any peaks and valleys in concentration. So .5mg on like Sunday then another .5mg on wednesday. Once you are at 1mg for either 1 or 2 weeks bump up to 2mg, again you can split the dose if you feel it to be necessary. Depending on your side effects and how you feel stay at whatever dosage you feel best with the least sides. If you feel good at 1mg per week just do that. Personally I did that for awhile and found good results with it, however eventually you may find that you need to increase the dosage if your body adapts.
