How would I use spray Minoxidil on my eyebrows?

I couldn’t get it as foam, I have a few spray bottles full of minoxidil (60ml each)

How could I apply it on my eyebrows? Do I dip a q-tip in or something?

It doesn’t have a cap, I’ll just spray it on my finger thanks
