It's hard to say really. Even though more teams in the Premier league are good now I still think the quality of football has decreased
Man city dominated the premier league with no solid striker. Harry kane is slow yet still is good.
Players like mason mount come in and excel without having extreme talent really. Thiago silva won a champions league at 35 wtf
Players also don't try aswell like pogba clearly doesn't put 100 percent in compared to how Anderson and fletcher used to. Workmate means everythingt for midfielders. Carrick could pass magically
Nani and 26 year old rooney would look god tier ripping up the prem. Even an aging ferdinand and vidic would be a wall if bonnuci and chillini could win the euros. Valencia would be pacing up and down being 5x better than grealish.
