when do you experience sensitivity the most?
At like the slightest inconvienence. Like If people are mean to me or i get yelled at

it's definitely manageable man. just stay calm and neutral during these moments, deep breaths. mastering the act of not giving a shit and things like stoicism and regulating your feelings are such important life skills. find a hobby you like, go to therapy bro. there's heaps of options that you can do. also, sensitivity isn't a bad thing. you're a human, just like the rest of us. it shows your emotions aren't broken. good luck my brother in minox ❤️🙏🏻:feelscry:

You don't fix it you embrace it

sensitivity is aristocratic trait that differs you from normies

It’s just the way you’re born I’m like that too. You will always be heavily affected by other people’s behavior but that’s not a bad thing. There is a difference between being sensitive and being a little bitch. The first is good the second is bad. You can practice not being a little bitch by just not being a little bitch, if you force yourself not to react to pain (physical or emotional) it will begin to just come naturally.
