Some key cities I'm thinking about are Kazan, Irkutsk, Yakutsk, and other cities with mostly Tatar, steppe Asians, or eskimo type Asians. Could 6 PSL (my goal) mog Tatars for example? I find a lot of the Siberian women attractive and I think it would be little to no competition due to how unknown these people are to westernoids and how cold most of these places are and the lack of tourist traps (Tatarstan can have some but the rest don't).

Depends. I have Russian Chad pheno (big nose, mean ogre face, etc) + low inhib af. If you look like an upturned-nosed twink then you will not do well.

but buryatia can be brutally cold AT TIMES

Yakutia is literally the coldest place in the world so yeah its hard to mog it temperature-wise.

Kazan is the biggest and easiest to slay city from all Tatar cities by far. There is Ufa, which is a lil bit smaller than Kazan, but the quality of life is much lower.

There are also girls from Caucasus regions, but not all of them are slay-able. I would recommend you to stay away from Dagestanis, Ingushis and especially Chechen girls. Their men are ultra-possessive, violent and not afraid to die, so your ass is gonna be in a huge trouble if you would even try to approach em.

Girls from Christian Caucasian republics, like Georgia, Armenia or North Osetia, are easier, but not as easy as Native Russian women. You can find them mostly in the Southern cities, like Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don, Sochi, etc.
