How would you define real Charisma?

Genuine Charisma that some people internally have, not faked one that some guys try to put on. What it consists of from a blackpilled point of view (like being tall good-looking high-energy extroverted well-spoken etc..)

Looks, slow speech (speak slowly so that everyone pays attention), keep your eyes on who you're speaking to and have enough social awareness to comment on the right things. If you receive a compliment, try and tie it into your conversation that you intended on having in the first place. Knowing how to defuse situations without ever resorting to anger or sadness or anything in between, but rather using your mouth in the most smooth way possible to make others feel like shit without actually saying a single bad word. I'd say it's a toned-down version of the stereotypical 'asshole boss' character you'd see on every show.

Don Draper is a perfect example of charisma. His character is also not one of those cringy "charismatic" characters that are pushed in every Netflix show, it's very much realistic and many principles of his can be learned IRL and applied to yourself.

And it goes without saying that you gotta look the part. Charming = highclass.
