I have Inflammatory Bowel Disease, my life ended since i got this life long illness anyways. I can never truly pinpoint the exact reason behind the anhedonia but the most obvious reason was the constant yo-yo dosing of corticosteroids, which in turn crashed my natural cortisol levels and which led me in a state of numbness. I just recovered out of it naturally tbh, literally by waiting for months i recovered around a year later
