How would you go about meeting potential women for relationships?

I am out of highschool, currently not in post sec education, im 19, small town,
any tips on how to get into social circles/ meet actual good women,

do i be that loser who still wants to live in their old days and hangout at my highschool and pick up gr 10-12s
