How would you guys rate someone whos jaw is covered ina beard?

I am considering growing one because I've never tried it before

Say if I were to have my whole jaw covered by a beard then would you assume my lower third or jaw or whatever you guys call it is ideal or how do you go about rating such a guy?

How is it a fraud. Hair is just a natural part of men.

This is like expecting every guy to go bald because hairstyles are frauding and you want to assess their skull shape
