For overall lifemaxxing and balance, not for becoming an athlete or having too much free time or wasting youth in the gym
I'd say ideally:

2x Strength Full Body 30-60min
1x Cardio(Jogging/Biking/Swimming/..) 30min
1x Team Sport(Football/Basketball/..)
1x Individual Sport(Tennis/Tabletennis/Badminton/..)
1x Sex
1x Rest Day(Stretching/Walking/Hiking/..)
 
3x full body
harem with prime jbs
a farm
