Nope, my lips have always been like this since I was a kid. I had the same comments on this site over a year ago before I had any looksmaxxing done.

Some people have advised filler to try and even out the lips but that would look too gay/uncanny I think.

Yeah I feel like my psl isn't ideal but I think I've managed to play into my appeal well. I defo don't want to do steroids because of the descension side effects down the line.
