Dude's got one of the most fucked up jaws I've ever seen. I don't even think surgery can fix this level of asymmetry. How did it get so bad?

Ideally 9mm, but a 12 gauge is OK too.

by practicing massetters on the assymetrical side of his jaw. it might help a bit

Maxilla is more developed on one side than the other. Caused partially by genetics, partially by bad chewing habits in his youth/teenage years.

If it could be fixed, he would've done something about it by now. He's a millionare actor, he would be able to pay for the surgery.

couldnt he get jaw surgery

couldnt he get jaw surgery
Sometimes you just get so habituated by your own face that you can’t see the asymmetries. It’s the same thing with people that have botched surgeries but still sees themselves as normal

It is possible for surgery to fix this level of asymmetry. He needs osteotomy to straighten his chin, custom cheek and jaw implants for his smaller facial side and rhinoplasty to fix his crooked nose.
