Because believe me or not, it does not help THAT much. People too concentrated on face around these parts. If the face could be boosted from htn to Chad, Arvid level, then yeah. But it is not possible, esp. for older dudes like me.

My face is already attractive "enough". But height would give an insane boost to me where i live. Ideally need like 8cm. But 6 would be already good enough to have access to young women. Because 8 cm will take me from below-average 25-percentile to above average 70-percentile (at 185 cm)

Yes. That's why it is better to have 100k for hookers than for face surgery.
