Step 0: watch some YT vids, make sure you can run a mile, do some push ups and pull ups and know some basic moves

Step 1: take 500mg Test and 250mg EQ

Step 2: take 10mg Cardarine daily

Step 3: take 20mg tbol 1hr before your session

Step 4: congrats, you can go in there and not get beaten up (probably still will but not too bad)

If you’re too high inhib this will ensure you have enough strength and cardio to not get brutally mogged which is most people’s fear

A person who doesnt know how to fight just taking test JUST too have a chance against higher skilled people when they will STILL get beat? then whats the point of the test and other anabolics, just learn the combat sport first bhai.

Being strong and athletic is a huge aspect of being a good fighter ngl

yes but skilled people who know way more than you will beat you even if you are a beginner with "good athleticism".
also being strong as in going to the gym and functional muscle then yes take test

But you can very easily mog people with a year of experience just 3 months in you’re strong and learn fast

cus college kids coming into the gym off juice was a problem and the people complained of them being significantly stronger then them(half of the gym is foids)
i also live in a white ass area so automatically more safety precautions
also organizations drug tests proffesionals

the tests are legit just for first time members and the latter end wanting to turn proffesional nigga

nah i dont juice
i mean in my time there has been no one juicing but in the past they kicked someone out who was juicing, but he was planning on becoming proffessional so its prob more serious

doesn't matter what you take if you go to a BJJ gym they will still absolutely mog you to death... ts cope

Yes because BJJ is more reliant on technique, especially at the Novice level.

idk now that im on gear i could go back in for shits and giggles
but sitting on org and lifting for an hour is more fun

Test for drive and strength and resilience and everything

EQ, Tbol and Cardarine for infinite stamina

Mast, Anadrol or Tren maybe occasionally for strength and aggression

could be somewhat fun ig especially if i throw in eq for my 2nd cycle

but idk hard cardio for 2 hours could limit hypertrophy no?
i left cuz it was defo making my lifting worse but that was when i was natural
and i just dont like being around normies for 2 hours

It does make lifting a bit worse honestly.

Lifting 5 to 6 days a week with incline zone 2 is the optimal balance for pure muscle

But then again…if you gain 10-20% less muscle but gain amazing cardio and the ability to beat any nigga up, I think that’s a good trade off
