The mere-exposure effect refers to the fact that being exposed to a stimulus repeatedly increases a person’s fondness of that stimulus.

For example, it is common that people’s favorite food is simply a food they ate many times during their childhood (e.g pizza, mom’s cooking), despite the fact that said food is not actually as high-quality or as palatable as other foods.

The mere-exposure effect also applies to interpersonal relationships; the more time you spend around people the more you like them (in general).

Therefore, you can utilize the mere-exposure effect to get easier slays by consistently being around hot foids. Obviously, this is achieved most easily by going to school or work, where you spend time around a certain group of people repeatedly.

You can take it a bit further by joining more niche clubs or teams, as the the smaller the group, the more your appeal is increased to the other group members.

I recommend clubs with good men:women ratios that aren’t outright gay to be a member of. These could include:
-Animal-related clubs
-Environmental clubs
-Hiking/outdoors clubs (depending on type)

I have personally experienced this, as I’m sure many of you have; I have occasionally started crushing on some MID ass ltbs just because I spent a lot of time with them.

TlDR: Joining small groups that meet often is an excellent way to slay the foids in said group(s). Science has proven that repeated exposure to people increases their likability.
