how do niggas drink 4 L a water of day , i can barely drink 1 fucking L in a good day

maybe cuz the first thing when i wake up is to drink a energy drink instead to drink water

500ml when you wake up and 1.5 liters while at school, take some sips every few minutes. When home drink 500 ml then after lunch another 500 ml, then 1-2 h before dinner another 500 ml and 500ml after dinner/b4 bed

i dont mean caloriewise, i mean just eat small tasty meals which will make you wanna drink water
