  • High Biacromial vs. Low Costal & Low Iliac (Wide Shoulders, Narrow Ribcage/Hips): Creates a prominent "V" shape. This maximizing upper-body lever mechanics and hydrodynamics, giving athletes an advantage in swimming, volleyball, and throwing sports.
  • High Biacromial, High Costal & High Iliac (Wide Shoulders, Ribcage, and Hips): Creates a "barrel" frame that maximizes torso volume, structural core strength, and force absorption. This profile gives athletes an edge in heavy load-bearing and contact sports like powerlifting, rugby, and wrestling.
  • Moderate Biacromial vs. Low Costal & Low Iliac (Narrow Overall Build): Minimizes total bone mass and body width, optimizing energy conservation, agility, and power-to-weight ratio in sports like gymnastics, distance running, and rock climbing.

I’m in between the first and the third, baseball is the best sport for lanklets, maybe basketball if you can bulk easily.
