not even that bad bro. im hella recessed and have had them since a child.
try to unemotionally look into maxillary expansion and head gear to fix recession, then try to live nature based lifestyle to remove ALL stress (even the gym as it causes biggest eye bags).

I'm talking about my eyebags not jaw why are u talking about maxillary expansion

get a good sleeping cycle, and when you create your desired times never break it (eg sleep at 10pm wake up at 7:00 am). If its genetics them try using retinol, you should see results.

I do get sleep now but I used to not get any sleep a few months ago even tho I started getting sleep it's the same as before

its most likely genetics, if you can but retinol serum, the ones that are specifically talored to eye bags/dark circles

that is the problem for your eye bags. a recessed maxilla is the bone right under your orbitals leaving you with "crows feet" look up recessed maxilla crows feet / eye bags.

its never genetics, its gene transcription. no fucking retinol serum fixes a lack of bone and too much aldonsterone, cortisol or stress jfl.
you need to not be malnutritioned and stressed.
eat raw liver, go outside 3 hours a day and ground and stop all stressful activities, AND MAYBE it will fix you if you dont already have a recessed maxilla and orbital bone.

you shouldve asked when you were 5 years old. after you are born not breastfed, with a pacifier, and never taught to have correct tongue posture you end up getting recessed. the only way to fix it is to hard mew (barely does shit) or get orthodontics. im saving up $20,000k to fix my recessed ass and narrow air pathway that it casues (in turn causes sleep apnea and eye bags)

you cant just "get rid of eye bags". you have to find the real problem

But I didnt had them a few months ago man but still I wanna get my recessed ass done what's the procedure called
