How'd you react to old videos of yourself?

I rewatched some old vids of me when I tried to make a yt channel and it was so cringe I couldn't finish them all, the way I speak, the facial expressions, body Language, made me wanna stab my eyes out.

Idk if it's that I'm not used to watching myself on camera or am I really that awkward
