Nah, Michigan for a few more months. I was in Tennessee almost a year ago. Yesterday was my one year back in America anniversary. Vietnam and Cambodia just opened back up without restrictions and I'm drooling with wonderlust. Just two more years in this American wasteland before I can go abroad again. I can't wait.

Are you going back to Vietnam or Cambodia right after your wife gets citizenship?

Actually I might want to see if I can't make a base for ourselves in both countries. Do a little bit of exporting from Vietnam into Cambodia. Knew a Taiwanese guy a while back who did that sort of thing. I'm too stupid with computers to be a digital nomad, but I don't want to teach again either. Next time I go back to the other side of the world I'm gonna have to figure out how to be my own boss.

Damn bro 2 years. I would kill myself if I had to stay in america for 2 years all at once. I started to become suicidal around 1.5 years after moving back to usa from Korea. Luckily I started travelling around that time. Now I’ve been here for 3 days and already want to leave xD

I have a family which makes it much easier. But yeah, living in the USA sucks. Most of these saps here believe it's like it was in the 50's. They think it's the envy of the world and everyone wants to live here. They don't know what a sh*thole it is. A coast to coast strip mall.
