mouth wideners work btw, jaw is easily fixed with surgery and if its not botched it wouldnt look “uncanny;”

First of all mouth widening is massively flawed and there's only 1 good way to do it with braces if u have a narrow arch, if he did that it would help. Are u seriously asking how surgery could make u look uncanny? implants look terrible in most cases so filler would be his best bet there which could work, but the main issue is the eyes, his eyes aren't bad rn cause the colour is nice, but its extremely hard to reach hhtn with such close set eyes, which are also unsymmetrical, negatively tilted and bad under eye support

honestly close set eyes are almost impossible, there is some surgery but imo its never worth it. Canthoplasty can work but so many of the results look botched and uncanny, Imo most surgeries aren't really good as a whole, they're good at making ugly people look normal but I think they rarely will help any man become really good looking. jaw fillers, otoplasty, hair transplant and fat grafting are the only good roi surgeries imo (jaw filler isn't a surgery but just including that anyway)

My ipd is decent my esr. Is 0.44 my pfl is idk but id say medium my canthial tilt is either negative or neutral i got deep set eyes and hooded eyes ( in motion not these goofy photos i can send proof ) and esr and ICD can get bigger by 1-3 mm more for me how much can my eye area ascend?

Your canthal tilt is holding you back. Would suggest a canthoplasty, since your palate is narrow and your teeth are crowded I suggest you getting a palate expander with braces. How old are you?
