In the last couple months i took K2 + D3, Calcium, and some Zinc
(also maybe my face just matured a bit naturally and the supplements helped idk)

also what haircut would suit me? my facial height is slightly longer than my width so i have a mix of oval and square face shape

Start losing as much weight as possible (until you reach at least 15% bodyfat). If even at this weight you are "bloated" it means you have that type of Asian fat that does not go away, you can try lipolab and fat dissolvers, but if you are willing there is obviously as you yourself said the buccal far removal.
