Im starting gym in december and was preparing/planning and heres what im gonna do
Monday- Squat, Incline dumbbell press, Flat bench press, Shoulder dumbbell press, Chest flie's, Tricep pulldown's, Skullcrushers, and Lateral raise's
Tuesday- REST
wedsnday- Deadlift,Barbell row's, Upright row's Lat pulldown's, bicep curl's and trap bar shrug's
Thursday- rest
friday-Squat, Incline dumbbell press, Flat bench press, Shoulder dumbbell press, Chest flie's, Tricep pulldown's, Skullcrushers, and Lateral raise's
saturday - Rest
