Currently taking only k2 and L-arginine with raw milk, adding the top 3 soon along with zinc and magnesium but they have nothing to do with height. and yes am getting most nutrients and vitamins through diet i spam eggs fruit and meat, occasional liver and sometimes raw heart. ofc drenched in pounds of butter and pinks salt.
