Hows this supplement stack for optimizing height growth as a 15 yr old

Currently taking only k2 and L-arginine with raw milk, adding the top 3 soon along with zinc and magnesium but they have nothing to do with height. and yes am getting most nutrients and vitamins through diet i spam eggs fruit and meat, occasional liver and sometimes raw heart. ofc drenched in pounds of butter and pinks salt.

Mk is cope inject hgh it’s more expensive but cheaper in the short run (insulin is expensive)
