Mine's random as hell. For the past year I've been pulling the night shift. Working Wednesday through Sunday from 11pm to 7am. Sometimes I do doubles and work from 3pm to 7am. On those days I usually get 4 hours of sleep, but sometimes I sleep up to 2 hours during my night shift. Some days though I'll go more than 40 hours without any sleep at all. Occasionally I'll sleep for around 12 hours straight between Monday and Tuesday.
