I was moving entire couches and tables at my work, then had to lift weekly groceries from the shop to my house (which is a pretty long way.. i think with my work bag it was around 10kg per hand in bags, hurt my fingers a lot
) Then after that plus eating i went to the gym. Overally very active day

fuck probs just an off day or you may need a deload week to recover and come back stronger, if not this then try even microloading weight or switching up exercises as your gains may start to plateuaNah i had hella carbs before
