On 350 test e rn im bloated af, would 12,5mg htcz every 2-3 days be enough?

i tolerated 25mg good back when i was 82kg. now, i cutted down and i'm getting a headache at 12.5mg... but 12.5mg should be fine

you need eple as its a potassium sparing diuretic. hctz alone will flush your minerals. 25 eple + 12,5 hctz.

yeah ur right i ended up realizing the chicken breast i get has 1.5g of salt per 100 serving JFL. they come from my mom's restaurant so i get them free, i guess ill stay bloated until i finish my cut

hctz is a mircale drug, sodium isnt the enemy, I probablu eat like 6+g a day and am always debloated despite using 0 things to manage bloat
