based on realistic estimations i made of myself i could probably get to low htn-mid htn after doing everything I plan to, afterwhich I'll probably delete my account (1-2 years from now) and live life

I've alr ascended to htn and by now I could've said fuck this shit and left. But I'm 5'7... so my SMV is normie so I'm tryna ascend to chadlite.

more test = more estrogen. Use aromitase inhibitors to lower your estrogen to the optimal amount. Crashing your estrogen is bad for your energy so just don’t overuse ai's.

I prob wont use the forum and if so rarely, I dont act like I know bp irl, I wont throw away bp knowledge though thats just straight retardation and wishful thinking that will end u up in bad places. I have my bimax in a couple months we'll see what happens to me
