My ascension plan

Diet:
- Animal based diet with one “unhealthy” meal a day
- Allow 1 cheat/unhealthy meal because I go to school and often do not have access or time to all of these foods
- Steak
- Chicken
- Turkey
- Beef
- Salmon

- Lamb
- Pheasant
- Eggs
- Raw cheddar cheese
- Raw parmigiano reggiano
- Raw honey

- Hard alc when going out (try and avoid sugary drinks/ beer because of carbs/calories and sugar)

- Creatine (take in smaller amounts but helps because training for aesthetics you want to do more reps and creatine gives you more muscle endurance)

- Castor oil as moisturizer before bed 5 times a week
- Derma rolling over entire face but more on eyebrows and little bit like very little bit on eyebags
- Spf sunscreen during summertime before I go and do stuff
- Should make another post but I usually do 3 upper days and 2 lowers with 1 rest day and intense cardio 4 day a week
- Cardio is usually 45 minutes stairmaster, 10 minutes treadmill 6 speed 6 slope, 10 minutes ERG, 2 5 minute jump rope at max energy
- Bench press all 3 days of uppers and squat all 2 days of lowers
- Train until failure
- Incorporate lots of traps/shoulders on lowers days and always do curls at the end of each workout (usually hammer curls) no matter uppers or lowers
- Do neck curls 3x a week but never the same day to do chin tucks as I do them every other day in the shower
- Zygopushing with hands 3x10 in three spots
- Gua sha in shower 3x10 in different spots (use coconut oil before shower it washes off and you can do zygopushing before with hands with the lubricant on face)
- Thumbpulling 3 spots 1 minute each 5 times a day
- Interoral Facepushing 15 minutes with 1.30 intervals throughout the day or make sure it starts to hurt before you stop
- Chin tucks 3x10 but never the same day as neck curls
- Hyoid training blowing O’s 3x20 10 second rest
