I was doing some digging and going back in time and i ran i to this thread

and i was curious so i continued reading and to my surprise i see Htn? What happened? did looks inflation truly happen? Would this guy still be rated as a htn in todays age? What do you guys think?

ngl community seemed way nicer back then. people now try to treat looksmaxxing like it's some edgy high T thing where everyone roasts and flames each other + "it's over" culture. I'd guess when it was niche and more of a self improvement thing, people were actually nicer given they had no reason to be an asshole and uphold the "edgy" culture of LM that it has now.

I would actually say it’s the opposite. Lookism was a toxic shithole and this place was like that in the first few years as well. It’s a much better place now, thanks to users like you.

don't use tiktok and avoid the aspys who perma squint and jut in the hall

it's annoying tho any time I think of one of my interests that in now mainstream I also think of the people I despise the most.
