I rarely ever say hello to a female first they always do and I respond accordingly some of them have given up because I never say it first and I try to avoid eye contact.

MTNs have it bad at the bars I go to sometimes unless really tall. If you are HTN and she likes you she will usually make it known by her actions. I usually don't approach unless that is the case. I might say something if she is sitting right near me just to see her reaction.

Ok, that may be specific to your country or to the places that you visit. Usually what I see is that Chads have to approach because there are wayyyyy fewer girls than guys everywhere. I am from Europe and we currently have an immigration problem where a lot of men from India, Bangladesh etc. are coming here, and these are only men. So you can imagine what this causes, an increasing number of men for the same amount of women. They have way fewer chances of having sex because European girls prefer European guys. These immigrants are desperately coming to every nightclub trying to get girls and harassing them because they get rejected. They come from countries where they don't value women as equal as we do here and so their approach is very flawed. This is causing lots of women to be afraid of coming to nightclubs. Even at the gym, I've seen Indian guys harassing girls.

just be open to everyone, and woman will approach you(no they mostly never do this, just seek for IOI and make steps) its really that easy

try eye contact + slight-moderate smile, if she smiles back or lower eyes it always began, the easiest indicator. I mostly just have to smile and look at face of girl that i know symphathises my somehow and she will be shy+laugh.
