Fix your red spots with retinol, choose an better hair style (with side volume) and go enjoy the life. A cut with side volume will make your nose appear smaller and with a fringe will made your face shorter and will make your fwhr appear more dominant (because you dont have a too wide midfwhr). and a hair medium/longer w/ side volume looks good in the most of peoples because of fwhr, trust me

eyes are main flaw yeah, lips not so much but just relax them don't pout

i can see you at low htn at 10% bodyfat and with clear skin

but you are probably capped at low htn without hardmaxxing

i don’t think accutane is necessary, it goes away for a bit then comes back like along my chin and forehead. it’s not anywhere else but then maybe besides the odd spot on my upper lip.

it's not necessary but it's a good permanent fix. it just depends on your affordability, if you can afford it then go for it otherwise wait
