hard to tell from second photo because lighting is suboptimal, but from the first, I'd probably recommend you to dye your brows 1-2 shades darker, grow your hair out, grow lashes (2.5mg of minoxidil) and dye them darker for contrast. A slight tan may do you good as well

Honestly i dont think its achievable but u look good ur like lmtn i think which is slight above average and u have a nice physique dont stress about it maybe get hardmaxxes done in future that could probably ascend u to mmtn or hmtn which would be close to htn
