HTN to chadlite front, HTN 3/4 but subhuman side?

I'm good-looking from front and from 3/4, but horrible looking from the sides (incel tier). How much does this matter? I've been thinking of all the times someone called me ugly... The people who did it were looking at my side profile (classmates that sat and looked directly at my side, for example). Will making my side to look average help me? I have chimpunk cheeks in side, nasolabial folds, bad undereye support, recessed jawline, recessed chin and a lot of bloat.

I've been told I'm 4.5 to 5, too. And according to my life experiences, I'm a 4.5. But PSL varies between users. My goal is becoming a chadlite with looksmaxxing. Or, at least, above average. Without surgeries of course. I want to be above average with gymcelling (low bodyfat), so my life would be easier as an autistic male. Slaying doesn't interest me.

My goal is chadlite, but if HTN is enough, then HTN. I'm not willing to go through surgeries. If losing bodyfat makes me above average or hot, then, I'll NTmaxx.
