Solution:
-U could inject aqaulix into the nose to make it less bulbous
-if the nose is inflamed it would be slightly wider and bulbous u could reduce the inflammation with accutane but not gonna do major change
-best option rhinoplasty

Hey I really appreciate all of this. The fat in the nose is not much, I think my issue is sebum and all the black heads. My nose gets a lot smaller when I have proper water, drainage, and not inflamed.

I have a very recessed maxilla so my nose has bad support - my maxilla is also very narrow which kinda cooks me haha.

Yeah, I am at a higher body fat right now so angularity is bad. I am bulking for winter cuz gymcel

LMAO u hurt my brain. If you took anytime to research / spread love on the internet you would not say such evil things as cope. Inflamed noses do indeed exist and can decrease in size when ur on dutasteride, accutane, better diet, and r not sick lol
