I found mewing 4 years ago but still I tried it and saw no results even at 14, when guys say chewing is needed to go hand in hand with mewing, the results come from chewing not literally from mewing. Mewing wont do shit for 18yocels and not even chewing.

When I want leanmaxxing motivation, I search for "mewing results", they may be the only thing in the internet that shows the difference that losing fat in the face (and using better lighting) makes. Most leanmaxxing results don't show the face or are not to real 10-12% body fat levels, "mewing results" actually do it most of the time (read: people who lost weight and thinks mewing gave them better bones. Some of them teens who experienced puberty in the process).

But yeah mewing doesn't do shit with regards to face changes in people over 8 years old, it's just good old proper oral posture with a twist of good marketing from the Mews (and the "mewers" that want to avoid surgery, which is the only thing that will actually change their bone structure).
