Wide IPD but narrow PFL. Basically rounds their eyes out too much and coupled with common UEE it creates a frog like effect.
Whites and Blacks both tend to have wide IPD but Whites have a less rounded more almond wide PFL eye. Blacks frequently look like you can fit more than the width of an eye between both eyes.
