you desparately need wider zygos and jaw, technically chin to philtrum is bad too but shortening it can make the eyes look even wider set

would improve your esr. barrett also has wide set eyes but they look normal because of how wide his zygos and jaw are and it balances things out visually

maybe its not over then . zygo implants are almost as much as an obo, but much safer I believe. maybe I'll look into them
