Huge maxilla asymmetry

I have tons of asymmetries and I'm pretty sure its my maxilla but I don't know entirely

Right cheekbone is considerably lower and projects more

My lower maxilla / canine fossa area is tilted its recessed on my left side

Gonion asymmetry my left side of jaw sticks out more

Lip asymmetry my right corner is downturned

Left eye is higher and has pct

Right eye is lower and has nct

Eyes different size and different

Orbital rims are different shaped my left one is more recessed more sclera show / bigger

me too OP, only hope is surgery I think. Unless someone here has a suggestion.

My oral surgeon did an X-ray for wisdom teeth removal and noted that my right ramus bone length and jaw is shorter than my left, so it's not muscle related, the literal bone is asymmetric.

yes just look up stretches and go to a therapist if it’s really bad
