if your gum takes up your smile, try to relax your smile, or closed mouth smile

in my case my gums are normal in my smile but puffy elevated around my brackets, so braces off then prioritize hygiene should theoretically fix it

yeah but its a very common surgery which also spikes the number of botches. also probably not worth it unless you eyes are bulging to the point where your out of proportion and geniunely gross

well, eye buldging can be contributed to pressured fluid behind the eye, or protruding bone behind the eye (tufanos case)

some medication can rid the fluids behind bulging, i forget the name but its a eyedrop used by autists to grow lashes

otherwise, theyll need decompression
