Since when was it logical to put someone in jail for years just for watching digital media?

Because it wasn’t morally right? Because it disgusts you? What happened to America, freedom of speech or sum shit?

He didn’t harm anyone by watching those videos, heck nobody even noticed he did.

And why does each count of video add extra years to his sentence? What difference does it make? Just man made laws don’t make sense
