i get your stance and sure 52 percent total is over half let alone these are only the convicted ones so who knows but there is also a thing why not try if they are reconvicted then another child or adult doesnt matter is hurt again so actually you are right but i think psychological evaluation of these people are very important but especially with those who only own the content because if you did it i get what you mean they should get death or lifelong but personally hullo should get 1 year with rehabilitation chance but your point is very valid and its one I kinda share to some extent
