Go to Facebook marketplace or just Facebook and join a mom's page it is sold all over. Alot of times they have information on their diet and such. If you are the type of person who is worried about cortisol spikes from caffeine you can ask if they use alot of caffeine as it will definitely transfer. But other than that I dont know a whole lot about breastmilk but most mothers selling their brestmilk have good intentions and are relatively healthy and dont want to hurt others.
